"Work"

This is what I wore to a local cafe the other day where I "worked on my thesis".  If sitting behind my laptop and chatting online with friends about cute coffee shop guys counts as work. What? I sent out an email. That's accomplishing something! :)

Well guys, still posting on these hectic days shows my devotion 'cause mama's body is here but mind is in Mass; and that's a recipe for a mess. This morning I could not decide what to wear, but I knew I wanted to have my favorite pop color on, which of course is orange! Please excuse my messy hair, psycho chic must prevail--at times. :)

Midshipmen

Did you know the students the U.S. Naval Academy are called midshipmen? And they walk around campus and Annapolis in their uniform? Like 'No big deal, I'm wearing this super hot uniform while eating ice cream. Oh, you'd like to take a picture with me in my little hat? Sure.' Drool. Not kidding. I definitely don't remember anything our tour guide said.

I wore this outfit to a friend's place for dinner tonight. Good thing this dress is loose. I needed it to camouflage the bulge that unfailingly appears when I'm around amazing food. Seriously amazing food. And tomorrow I'm going to Annapolis with a couple of friends. Which means more food. And navy men. In uniform. :)
